How do I place a booking?
Download the Washwell app on the apple appstore or google playstore and place your booking there. Or you can place your booking using the browser option on this website.
How much does it cost?
Our prices vary depending on which service you choose which vary from Wash & Fold, Wash & Press, Dry Cleaning/Wet Cleaning or Special Care.
How long does it take?
1-2 days unless the item requires to be hand washed and hang dried or for big items such as carpets or wedding gowns which can take up to 5 days.
What if I have special instructions?
You may send over special instructions but rest assured our staff has been trained to handle any type of garments.
How can I track my order?
Track your orders progress on our mobile app and via text, whatsapp, and email notifications
How do the subscription plans work?
For wash & fold subscription you get weekly pick-ups andan allowance of 12KGs per pick-up. For the Wash & Press and Dry Cleaning subscription, you have a pick-up every other week and can send 6 hangers per pick-up. You may add additional items but they will be charged accordingly in your monthly bill.
